The product is fed in at the top of the machine. Once the safety door is closed, the pusher arm is activated. The pusher arm pushes the product through the blade. So this machine is very easy to operate, easy to maintain and easy to clean. Other than fries, the machine can also cut wedges.
The machine has a number of additional advantages. For example, the machine is fully CE constructed according to the regulations, completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it cuts very straight/long French fries, and the machine has a higher capacity than a hand cutter.
