9:28 In the sentence "たった今空港に着いたところです" (Tatta ima kūkō ni tsuita tokoro desu), the expression 着いたところです (tsuita tokoro desu) is used to emphasize that you just arrived at the airport, with a strong sense of timing-indicating the action has just been completed.
Why Use 着いたところです (tsuita tokoro desu)?
ところです (tokoro desu) is a grammar structure that indicates a specific point in time relative to an action. When used with the past tense of a verb, like 着いた (tsuita), it means that the action has just now been completed.
たった今 (tatta ima): "just now"
着いたところ (tsuita tokoro): "just arrived"
です (desu): makes the sentence polite.
So, "たった今空港に着いたところです" means "I just arrived at the airport."
Why Not Use 着いて (tsuite)?
着いて (tsuite) is the て-form of 着く (tsuku), and it's used to:
Connect verbs or actions together (e.g., 着いて、すぐに出発しました - "I arrived and immediately departed").
Indicate the ongoing nature of a verb, or link multiple actions.
If you used 着いて (tsuite) here, it would have to connect to another action, which is not the case in your sentence. You are simply stating that you've just arrived, with no other action linked to it.
Example of Using 着いて:
空港に着いて、友達に電話しました。
(Kūkō ni tsuite, tomodachi ni denwa shimashita)
- "I arrived at the airport and called my friend."
Here, 着いて links the action of arriving with the action of calling.
Summary
着いたところです emphasizes that the action (arriving) has just been completed, making it the correct form to use when saying "I just arrived."
着いて is the て-form used for linking actions or indicating ongoing processes, so it wouldn't fit in this context.
たった今 used in たところform. For example たった今ご飯を食べたところです mean I just finished my meal just now 😊 hope this help. If u used ているところwhich means I still eating my meal just now which doesn't make sense. My teacher taught me like if u see たった今just use たところ

- This means "I carried the luggage for my friend." It emphasizes that you did a favor for your friend by carrying their luggage.
友達'の'荷物を持ってあげました。will make sense.

Got all of them right, but question number 7 (time stamp 7:05) can go both ways. You can use てくれました or てもらいました. てくれました implies that u didn’t ask for the person to do it, you are just showing gratefulness coming from the speaker. てもらいました implies that you asked the person and they did it for you but u are still showing the appreciation. Fun fact is, you don’t even need the に particle when using てもらいました if you don’t want to. It can be a secret thing like if u don’t want to give out who did the action for you. But if you use てくれました there MUST be a が particle but てもらいました can be optional when it comes to the に particle. Hope this might be helpful!

You missed the particle part. The question clearly starts with 友達に, so it is something towards your friend or is done to your friend. てもらう is something you basically only use as you being the action doer. as you said you asked they did it and you are greatful or at least not disrespecting their help. てくれる on the other hand is again only used for yourself but you are the receiver of something, not the action doer. you need to specify the action doer. (not always, I mean with the way this question is asked) How do you do that? With が partical. So for てくれました to be correct the question needed to be: 友達が荷物をもって________。(くれました)
