Tweening is easier than I thought I just had to find the right tutorial and this is the one

A tip !) you can group or parent each layer,group is free and so is parenting but you have to watch a add for parenting!

Also to be able to set the pivot points properly u can also hide the torso and some parts that are blocking some of the body parts, mainly the torso lol
