For 2024, I am using a 10x8 album from Ali Edwards and the 2024 WITL collection from Ali Edwards. I am using a mixture of inside and outside of the page protectors. My main focus this year, as in the past few years, was what I call a "scavenger hunt" where I am looking for specific things each day to document. This year I collected, among other things, a daily weather photo, daily outfit photo, daily hobby photo, and ephemera.

I love how your album turned out so much! It captures so many aspects of every day life but I also like how simple it is, with little pops of embellishment here and there. I just finished my first week in the life album and kept it simple too, but went way overboard with photos and had to split it into two albums 😂 hoping to keep it in one next year.
Thank you! Congrats on finishing yours too!! I find that using a design formula that limits you to 8 pages per day or less really forces you to stay in one album.

I love your album! I finished mine just last week! I went back to the 6x8 size after doing the 10x8 last year. I really enjoyed it, but it is a big project. Thank you for sharing. I love your cat photos!

Have to finish my collage pic pages & need to take a couple more pics of things I planned to capture but didn't manage to capture during that week (like yourself).

My son just finished his senior year so I had to take a break from putting the album together to al things graduation. Hoping to get most of it done this weekend while we have a lull in festivities!
Ooh yes, I remember all the busyness around that season last year (although in my area the HS graduation isn't until the end of June!). Good luck making progress on your album this weekend.

I always love your walk throughs of your albums. I love this one!! It is very inspiring. Might try to do a week in the life in the summer as was traveling this year and it just didn’t make sense to do it when everyone else was.

Thanks for sharing! Hoping to complete a week in the life sometime in my lifetime. I have tried starting it many times and usually by day 2 i forget about it and don’t take a single picture.
It’s definitely a huge project but totally worth it! If you know you’re likely to forget to capture photos, I’d recommend setting alerts on your phone to remind you. I also am often reminded because I do the project with the community every year so if I check instagram during the day I will see others posting about it and be reminded.
