Im right handed and when i throw my right side of my bicep(looking down ) hurts bad like evertime i throw it but when i throw hard its mostly fine i need to know if its messed up or if theres something i can do to fix it
If you want to be a good pitcher I’m a catcher I wish my pitchers could throw strikes all I do and go up and down getting hit by the bounces and foul balls if you want to be a pitcher give your catcher some credit trust me he will appreciate it

try doing this against a big wall, but up close. It lets you practice, but it also lets u practice your reaction time on catching it
