Idaho Stock Show 1941 - Need Some I.D. Assistance.

This is an improvised stock show somewhere in the Upper Snake River Valley either in, or around, Idaho Falls, Idaho, where the filmphotographer once lived. He was a dairyman who once lived here. Can anyone assist in the identification of the location? Some of the young boys shown in the film are still alive and can be identified as well. In the opening seconds of this film, there appears to be steps leading to a city hall or a church in a small community. If anyone could help us in identifying this exact location... it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
