Great skin! Arms in splash art are better tho, in game they look chunky and the black hands are a bit weird. She does need a damage buff, increased q range or health buff. Like this she's falling off real quick.

Lissandra needs some huge major changes, not just buffs. Her Q went from a 2 second spam to 8 seconds?!?!?! She still has mana problems since they changed her passive to the Thralls. Her new passive is useless unless in a teamfight. Her range is horrible and way too close for being so squishy. Her kit rewards her for going in but then punishes her 2 seconds after if her team doesnt follow up and she's way too squishy for a mage who's meant to go in. They need to either change her to be more tanky like Swain or change her to be more like Vex with more range and damage. But noooooo all these idiots are so delusional and saying Lissandra is in a good spot when she's been horrible since the heavy nerfs after just a couple months of Aftershock Lissandra.

They could have changed her hairstyle actually... is the same one as in the normal skin and it doesn't suit her properly it should be more light blue in my opinion
