Saptha Taalam Recitation in 5 Jathis | Nritya Bhuvanam

The students recite each of the saptha thalas or the seven basic talas in 5 Jathis (Tisram, Chatusram, Khandam, Misram and Sankeernam).
The basic understanding and fluency in reciting this gives a strong foundation and an entry into the vast ocean of Taalas.
