Just watched Mike Hermans fly this one around the room and now Mr. Kingman ripping through what must be his best playing ever! Seriously Kingfish, you killed it!!! Fantastic pedal Dr. Keeley! And really that St Vincent guitar is really a cut above what I expected. Nice work all around Aussie man! Two best pedals of 2017-2018 new 4 knob Keeley Compressor Plus and this puppy, don't know what you're doing Mr. Keeley but for sh it sake keep it going, this level of pedal magic is just extraordinary!!!
Sounds great! Totally rippin'! I recently bought this pedal. Its a great pedal! Keeley makes great pedals! ... and the D & M Drive has such an articulate sounding boost and drive! This is a permanent on my board now!
Just got my EBMM St Vincent last night. I was watching all your St Vincent demos while I was still waiting for it. Your demos inspire me to grab my guitar and play! Thanks Brett!
Really is a great sounding pedal, highly versatile in stacking with other stuff. I have one of these in front of my JHS Sweet Tea V3 and the new Keeley + com up front, amazing tones! Combinations are just about infinite.
I just got this pedal last week and I love it. This demo sounded great. The tones you pulled form the guitar and pedal really matched the backing track. Very nice playing, sir!
Brett this sounds great, please share the settings and gear used to have this pedal pop right out. Sound track is lush and of course your playing we just know something really specially will be recorded. have you been in the studio lately or hanging around some sound engineers ?
Thanks! No hanging around engineers, I taught myself and only ever work alone. The backing track is an early jamtrackcentral Guthrie Govan groove that I found on iTunes. The guitar amp was a '65 Twin model in my Axe-FX II XL+. So I ran the guitar to the pedal to the Axe-FX II XL+ which was also the soundcard driving Logic Pro X. I use no outboard gear, it's all Waves plugs. The Waves L3-16 did the mastering duties. I run it fairly flat but use it to bring up levels a bit and bounce to 24/48. Final Cut Pro does the compression of audio and video and then I'm at the mercy of UA-cam algorithms. But they've been friendly for the most part. Cheers!
Hi, great as usual ! What is actually the best , warmest, smotthest OD pedal on the market from slight crunch to overdrive solos ? Thanks for your answer, best regards from France, Bélo
Nice playing, man! The gear is only as good as the player using it. When the demos are done by guys who aren't strong players I can't make out whether the great is good or not. Thanks.
Nice pedal, but what lovely playing Brett. Your soloing style is very melodic - it's not just a jumble of rapid-fire meaningless notes. And you know how I like melodic as opposed to shredding...! Good one, old mate :)
I saw what you did there, you made incredible sounding music is what you did! Thanks mate!
No, no; thank YOU!
@@BrettKingman No, no, no; Thank YOU BOTH!

Absolutely loved the playing here no other demo comes close, and I love Mike Hermans demos but this is just heaven on the ears, good on you Mr Kingman
Oh man that is some tasty playing A+

Very enjoyable tones and playing. I always look forward to your videos. I really like the D&M
This drive sounds absolutely awesome!! Love it!
That brings me back to some sweet 70’s fm radio tone....!
Hi Brett very much appreciate all the effort bringing the gear to life and your views on youtube. Cheers mate.
I just bought one and after seeing this, I can't wait till it arrives! great playing
No words, excellent playing while demonstrating, informative, precise and differentiated. One can't do it better. Perfect!

Whatever you demo you're a brilliant guitarist, awesome playing.
Tremendous! Some of the best playing I’ve ever heard you do.
Came for the review, stayed for the music! You kick ass, my friend!
A+++++ tone for days. You play so smooth!
So many tonal options, so little time....
I LOVE my D&M!!!!! Beautiful playing as always, Burgs :)
Wow, very good and helpful demo, Brett And very nice playing - I enjoyed the tone and melodic playing!
Great stuff Brett. You're a fantastic guitarist!

VERY nice playing. And, the pedal sounds nice too. Always a great demo.

Hi Brett Kingman thanks very much for your great Video's awesome playing great Sounding Pedal 😊👍
great review and playing!
Great playing.
Steller Brett, absolutely steller. Oh, and the D&M looks to be a must have. None left in Aussie, may have to go offshore to buy.
Damn, killing it on this demo Brett!
The Annie Clark sig pairs with this pedal perfectly imo! Great tones, Brett!
That was flippin' lovely, Burgs!
Killing it! very tasty I have to get this pedal.
Fantastic play, great sound. Thank you!
That’s the first EB a Guitar I actually liked looking at. Sounds better. Great Video man.
If I didn’t have the KOT, I’d bang on this in a minute.
Wowwwww...... amazing intro jam!
First demo I hear where I like this overdrive. Sounds great!
Love my D&M drive.... I forget it's not my Divided by 13 amp's own cranked overdrive only achieved at much higher volumes.
I started watching this as usual “research” but quickly stopped giving a shit about the gear and just enjoyed the playing.
On fire Burgs, you beauty. See you soon pal.
Hmmmmmmm nice. Assuming no waiting list then this might be my first actual Keeley 😜
I have to have one of these pedals.
Now THAT was smooth! :)
Awesome.

Great playing Brett, how did it sound with a purely solid state amplifier? I am thinking of how it will sound with my JC-40
Nice playing, man! The gear is only as good as the player using it. When the demos are done by guys who aren't strong players I can't make out whether the great is good or not. Thanks.

Nice tone Brett!!! Hey what IR's in that preset!??
Hmmm perhaps Mick should pick himself up a St. Vincent!
Great tones and playing! Be honest do you gig with this pedal?
No, I don't use any pedals or 'real' amps live. Strictly Fractal Audio these days.
Sounds like one for Mr Becker.
Is it PCB or hand made?
Lock that guitar up or I'll swipe it :P
