AJC CEO Ted Deutch, Michigan President Santa Ono Tackle Campus Antisemitism

In the AJC Global Forum 2024 Monday Plenary, AJC CEO Ted Deutch sat down with University of Michigan President Santa Ono to discuss the dangerous rise in antisemitism on Michigan’s campus and the steps the school is taking to protect Jewish and pro-Israel students.
President Ono is working to create a safe and supportive space for Jewish students to learn, particularly in light of the anti-Israel encampments and protests on the school’s main quad.
As Jewish students have been ostracized, isolated, and faced outright anti-Jewish hate, American Jewish Committee (AJC) has been working around the clock to guide administrators, help students, and support their parents.
