True.. I went to check the credits of each song, and noticed they had every Song produced by a different person each. I think that contributed to giving each song a unique Sound, while mainting the aespa character. I honestly enjoyed it a lot.
When I saw experimental Korean Neo-Soul artist SUMIN in the credits (Red Velvet "Look" & "Eyes Locked, Hands Locked") I knew we were going to be in for a ride. That chorus has SUMIN written all over it. The song itself reminds me a bit of a GOT the beat song from the Stamp On IT EP, but wayyyy more complex. And the MV is insane, so many details to uncover and piece together to decipher this season 2 aespa storyline. "Supernova" may be a catchier song and more radio-friendly, but "Armageddon" is going to be stuck in my head for a looooooooong time. Well done, aespa!!!
