Good to see you again! Hope the new wee one joins the family soon…you look so very ready! Whatever content you share, I’ll be watching! Crocheted for many many years, got “bored” (…wha…???) and taught myself to knit. Still do both! Made a LOT using #30 thread & #10 hook. #10 thread & 7hook is smallest now. I’ve doubled up (or tripled) various threads & knit Spa Cloths for bath. Crochet scrubbies w multiple strand. LOVE the crochet edging!!! I must do this on those rolling knit edges…Great Idea!
Thanks and all the best to you & family! Hugs to the new one for me, please!

Yes indeed!! Filet was my fave. I now make a lot of filet totes w acrylic yarn (just open mesh, no designs…so fun). I’m going to peruse your patterns again! Love edgings too…as you did on the sweater. I’ll have to remember that tip!

Hugs, prayers and well wishes for you and your family as you grow and change!! Love all the makes! Great job on the yarn dying. You inspired me and my yarn should be done dying in a couple days (sun has been in short supply). My purple dahlias and red hibiscus are working well. 🌺🌸🌺

Could you do a vlog on how you stove top dye with food coloring/tie-dye kits? I looked it up online and didn’t find anything too useful. I was thinking it you be fun to tie-dye a sock blank

At some point maybe! But I would definitely check out the Chem Knits UA-cam channel. She is a wealth of fun dyeing knowledge and experiments...food dye, kool aid, acid dyes all sorts of stuff!

Just recently found your channel and loving it! I’m currently knitting the Friday sweater baby and have the exact same problem- I just noticed my fabric looks different than the pattern picture and looks similar to yours! I feel like I’m following the pattern to a tee so I’m confused why it doesn’t look like broken rib? Knitting the size 4-6 months, I wonder if it’s the pattern size that’s the problem..

I think that's the size I did too! Not sure if it was just my pregnancy brain or not though 🤷 either way, it comes out cute!

Love the edging on the tee. Is it hot?

It's definitely more fall or spring worthy than summer as it's a bit much for the humidity but excited to have it once it cools down a bit!
