Just to add, the actual change of the NOC code in the EOI was possible only today. Although they had mentioned 16th Nov, it was possible or the options were available only today (18th Nov 2022). All the best to everyone and you Sahil.. thanks for the videos...
It’s not pharmacy assistants. Pharmacy assistant was already in NOC B previously.
The two pharmacy jobs that were added are pharmacy technicians and pharmacy technician assistants.

Actually I am planning to get on-site opportunity from my current company to Canada and they have raised the application in IRCC on Nov 15 for the same.
But I got a mail from my internal immigration team of my current company stating My application had rejected because of NOC change.
I want to know from when the new NOC will applicable ?
Now my company is saying that they have raise a new application again… is this the flow ?

An urgent doubt that's really stressing me out. What if someone has a cross-functional role - for example the person is at a Managerial level but manages more than 1 business function - like - Creative Writing, Business management and Marketing ? What would be the correct NOC code in such a case (often in small scale companies people do have to take lead on more than 2/3 business functions - each having different NOC codes...
HOW does one pick the CORRECT Noc/TEER code then? If anyone can please help answer this....

Hi Sahil, I am about to receive my PNP which will have 4 digit NOC code. What should I update now in express entry profile? On CIC website they mentioned that if you receive PNP after 16 Nov and have 4 digit code on it, you should update your EE profile with 93888 TEER code So they can review your file using NOC 2016 system. However, now my Job code is 22221. What should i do now? Should i update my EE profile with 22221 now and than after getting PNP change it to 93888? Or should i use 93888 now?

What if I have received a nomination certificate from a province before 16th Nov, and I have not accepted it yet as I have 30 days to accept it, so do I have to change my 4 digit noc code 0621 to 5 digit teer code or do I have to change it to 93888 ??

can work permit holder apply for his spouse work visa if he is working as a truck driver as the NOC has changed or not.
If a student has already have study permit upto April, 2023 which was applied and approved in March 2022. And student apply for study permit extension after 7 October, 2022. Is that student allowed to work more than 20 hours upto April according to previous Visa or not??????

I am in the process of applying for PR however I am really confused about the NOC codes for my JD, could you please help me with the same?
1. Casatrophe Modelling Analyst:
• Manage a number of external returns related to both natural and non-natural catastrophe exposure management from regulators in various different jurisdictions, including Lloyd’s, PRA, CBI and the BMA.
• Assist with the reporting of catastrophe risk to legal entity boards and risk committees, helping to provide meaningful insight into the risks exposed.
• Enhance the current framework for monitoring non-Nat Cat risk against appetites for the division and its legal entities, including the development of new scenarios for evolving risks.
• Assist with ad-hoc internal and external analysis across both Nat Cat and non-Nat Cat risks.
• Develop and perform control assessments to ensure accurate reporting of catastrophe risk.
• Collaborate across the team to achieve project goals and develop best practice reporting frameworks throughout the business.
• Apply analytical expertise and product knowledge on a broad range of research assignments within the risk function including the development and enhancement of methodologies and systems for risk exposure analyses and accumulation control.
• Develop resources, presentations and communication material for colleagues, management and leadership on risk management topics.
2. Operational Business Analyst:
Provide operational analysis and support to the third party distribution teams with regards to onboarding new partners.
Perform due diligence, and prepare distribution agreements for the partners across FI, CTP & Dealer, Club Marine, HPF and Commercial.
Perform on-going system maintenance to support the intermediated partner network, with regards to supporting partner remuneration, partner discount structures and ad hoc reporting.
Engaging Agents and Account Managers directly to collect and confirm details required for the account set up process, including agreement and project rollouts.
Respond to questions and issues in a customer-focused manner and provide updates to customers on progress.
