    Thanks so much Travis for helping us understand the Olympic qualifications and what to watch for in the remaining events!! Also, even though all producers on this podcast are cute, Producer 2 takes the cake!!! 😍

    Thanks for the update Travis! Your Orioles crushed our Red Sox today. The computers at MIT gave up trying to figure out this Olympic points formula! Go USA 🇺🇸

    I thought there was no hope to keep Trevor out of the olympics, then here comes Miles Evans to save the day. Let's see if they can close the deal.

      haha it would take a big-time effort from Trev to close it out. Seen crazier things though

    Good on Miles & Chase for pulling ahead of the race at the end. I remember an episode that was done a few weeks ago giving the Sandcast predictions for the Olympics. Besides the Swiss women, US and Dutch men, what individual teams should we be looking at for these last 2 events? I know that the Grimalts are close to the cut off along with Horl/Horst as well as Lithuania for the women. Would love to hear which teams are right on the cusp and fighting for those last 2-3 spots for the Olympics

      End of the video has that for ya! Grimalts, Horl-Horst, Cuba are the biggies. Pav-McBain, Sophie-Heather, Germans, Anouk vs. Zoe for the women are the biggies there

    Well said! Love all the information, ty! I remember calling Miles after he won the Norceca tourney and we both knew how important and huge it was that he won that tournament. So proud of him and Chase! Miles is my little big brother btw. Ty for posting this

      And yea I’m pretty sure he was won an AVP before

    • @SANDCASTPodcast
      @SANDCASTPodcast  5 місяців тому

      He's won a Tour Series but even the AVP doesn't count those (nor do the players)

      Was a big time win for them! Thanks for watching!

    The real question.. do we think Tri and Trevor would have qualified 🫣

    • @SANDCASTPodcast
      @SANDCASTPodcast  5 місяців тому

      Good question...given their international record at the end, tough to make that bet

    • @lucaspirolli7448

      Theo is slightly better than Tri right now. Athleticism isn't all. Theo has a better side out percentage and better blocking. He sucks at setting off system balls, but that isn't the most important skill.

      I actually think the 2nd spot would have gone to Chaim and Theo. They had the size and consistency to compete internationally.

    Miles did win an AVP in 2022 Denver with Benesh if I’m not mistaken?

    • @lucaspirolli7448
      @lucaspirolli7448 5 місяців тому +1

      I think he is talking about major events. Most good teams don't play Denver. They were also saying that Sean and Caldwell were in their first AVP final this last weekend (they won Waupaca last year). Same idea.
