DISNEY VLOG DAY 3 SEPT 2024 | epcot day + first time riding guardians: cosmic rewind!

Today we are in Epcot with my whole family and we even got to meet up with my cousin and aunt for our first time EVER riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!!
Guardians was by far the highlight of this day for me!! I get the hype now! Probably the best rollercoaster I've ever ridden, followed closely by Hagrid's Motorbikes and probably Velocicoaster! Any Universal fans out there as well?!
Another highlight for me was the food we got in Morocco! We got chicken and lamb skewers and the stone-baked Moroccan bread with assorted dips. It was sooooooo good and flavorful. Highly recommend! I think I thought it was part of food and wine but I believe it's part of the normal menu, which is so nice that I can get it again in the future!
We were able to do Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, Frozen Ever After, Viking coffee (of course), watch the mariachi band in the Mexico pavilion, ride the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride, get lunch at La Cantina, ride Guardians TWICE, Soarin', Living with the Land, the Seas with Nemo and Friends, The American Adventure, and dinner in Morocco before watching Luminous: The Symphony of Us which I was so pleasantly surprised by! I also got to enjoy beautiful France pavilion at night by the fountain after a long day.
