Got it on my 52nd solo kill. This was probably closer to my 80th total kill if you include groups. I ran deep fire with combustion. I use living flame to stack combustion to 10 stacks then I switch to arcane surge prior to pulling the Princess. I use hot streak as well. I pull with a fireball, let ignite run its course, then fireblast, then pyro and blink ahead.

You need to stand right directly inside the little alcove, as far south as possible. It looks like a little peninsula on the map. Then you just should need to kill princess somewhere on the north side of her big circle area; ideally in the water. Some of my later Mara videos show this in detail. Isnt there a way to just stop moving and the boulder misses because your hit box shrinks when you stop moving? I havnt been able to get it consistently
Yes - you can mess with the leeway mechanic by stopping running when you are at the edge of boulder distance, just at 30 yards. KallTorak's guide on this farm explains the leeway mechanic very well. ua-cam.com/video/uDqanbOdYlg/v-deo.html

this run makes me questioning my life. im a former world top 50 mythic raider and a 2 times rank 1 gladiator and yet im seriously to mentally challanged to get there without dying xD
WOW - you're a baller at 2:50. I've never broken 3 min. I've done 3:24, and felt like I was so lucky with crits. I think people are weaving in way more scorches than me. I play scared because one death completely destroys the runs per hour. Cheers!
One tip is to not use Living Flame like this guy. She is to fast and will out run the flame on the ground and take no dmg. So you want to juke here around one of the two stones at the entrance when you put LF. And use it when she at sub 20% because she slows down then. I run a lot smaller cirkle around the room too. Basically keeping here on the grass to get to the stone positions faster to use LF more ofthen. And if you stay at the 30 yard range you dont need to blink when she cast the boulder, you can just keep running and you out range it anyways, saves mana, blink is expensive. I had Gnomer gear and normal raid spec and still did sub 3min kills consistantly doing that. Otherwise good video.

Lol mages farming hard for a chance to do a tidbit of shadow damage... Just reroll warlock and spec destro. Then you will have an equal chance of miscasting a shadow spell that also deals a small amount of shadow damage compared to your actual rotation. Cool solo guide though!

Spot on tip. With the reduced duration of living flame you're lucky to get one tick; complete waste of mana.
