He's starting in second because he thinks reving to redline is going to give him a better start when in reality he could start in first and rev up to 4-5k for the better part of his torque band. because we all know that torque is what gets you going and hp is what keeps you going. 2. When he lets his foot off the gas to gain traction he doesn't realize that planting your foot to the floor is the proper way while playing with the clutch to relieve wheel spin.
That engine sound is awesome. Your driving style is very involved it adds a touch of intensity, always glad to see what can be done to a Honda so its so much fun to beat on. I heard you sold it, which Honda is it going to be next? 😁

It is what it is. Slow, under powered and cheap as fuck. Mine is 100% stock and looks brand new. I use it as my DD. I bought the Honda to keep the miles off my ZL1 and RS, it does its job. I don't brag about it, because its a cheap fuckin Honda. You should go test drive a ZL1. The technology is unbelievable and so far a head of almost any manufacturer. Its not about gas mileage. Its about the driving experience, reliability and the prestigiousness or owning something exclusive. Maybe in a thousands years or so Honda will offer a 600hp car with a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. One day, you'll look back at this shit and laugh at these cars too.

But to own, I've had nothing but problems with my gm witch is my winter beater, and you put faith in a company that has gone bankrupt before and lied and put thousands of people in danger with shitty ignition switches. I don't have problems with my honda and they are built well.

His engine costs enough to buy several cars. Ordered and assembled everything himself. This guy's the best car modder in our area, and only works with Honda / Acura.

And the car is properly tuned at idle, so the idle is extremely low, so thats why it sounds like a gnarly cam setup. His idle sounds like its around 2-300rpms when it should be around 7-900
depends on the car's power and the clutch. its different from car to car. the main reason is for traction. 1st may be too strong which can result in wheel spin depending on your suspension setup and tires. my bro in law had a stage 3 clutch in his daily which was bad idea because it was waaay too strong. people that would drive his car would have to put in it in 2nd gear to get a smooth start, 1st would peel out because the clutch was too aggressive because it was meant for racing, not daily
He is not turkish he actually his portuguese and the owner of a +500 cv civic. Write on youtube civic DL and you will see a short build of the car till date. Greetings from Portugal ;) Drive hard!
it seems counter productive to keep your ebrake on during launch, its just bad friction keeping you from moving, but i may be reading what you wrote wrong. without extensive field testing hes just gambling with what rpm to start at, im surprised his tuner didnt set him up with a "launch control" program.

There is a pretty big difference racing a manual transmission compared to an automatic trans set up for drag.
