It's strange, I watched a video yesterday with his cousin Billy and one of the questions asked was what did Elvis like to watch on TV? The Twilight Zone was one of the few mentioned, very fitting.
I’ve left a lot of comments or it’s something and I really do love your channel I think you’re doing justice to Elvis so far because we gotta understand that there’s the light and the darkness in each of us then we can’t just tell half the story which I find most people are doing whatever their motivation is it doesn’t really matter the man has been gone for 45 years and we deserve the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I personally have very strong opinions on what it is I feel was going on with Elvis and I know that he was suffering from childhood in a way that people might not even understand or might not consider. Today most people would understand the word narcissist back then they have no idea what that really meant. Priscilla was on record saying that he was a real private man and he didn’t like to go out in public it was really hard for him and he didn’t like his photograph taken. All of those things are untrue if you look at his body of memorabilia not only professionally but personally from all of his fans and hear the stories from each of these people including people who were extremely close to him you would know that that was a flat out line. I’m not sure what the agenda is but there clearly is and quite possibly on a very subconscious level where they don’t even realize that what they’re saying isn’t true because I’ve never taken into consideration The reality Hass to align with the vocalization of what was and what is Don’t get me wrong I have a Lotta love for Priscilla because I know she went through an off a lot just trying to be with him and of course in the end it would never be what she dreamt it would be and that’s a shame but the reality is is that she’s a Gemini and they love to tell themselves stories they also want to believe in allusions and I think to some degree even after all these years she definitely is living in one of those bubble she talked about where she is rewritten memories that are not true that’s very common for codependency of a narcissist Elvis wanted things his way and when it didn’t go his way he became volatile. He didn’t want Priscilla but he didn’t want her to leave either. I think partly it was a small fraction where he was really concerned about the way he would be perceived how does it look publicly to have a failed marriage. But these are all things he should’ve thought of while he was being unfaithful. He was a serial cheater. It’s funny how it’s OK for the man to be that way particularly even in those days but if a woman behave that way like Ann-Margret it was frowned upon and it could destroy your career and I do believe that’s what happen with her thankfully she made the smart choice of married husband she had been with all those years and he helps salvage her career and even create projects for her otherwise I don’t really think anyone would’ve remembered her other than her association with Elvis because the theme movie she did before that might’ve been great but society can be really harsh. I think she was beautiful when she was younger but Not so much and she started to age a little. And there’s an expression in the south the God don’t like ugly We’re not talking about the way somebody looks who were talking about the way somebody acts. So for that I really had nothing for her and I have no interest in her or her memories There’s a lot of fantasies out here about Elvis things that Hollywood is made of that it’s definitely not the truth In no way do I attempt to diminish his memory or the image he created for himself for the body of work that he left it was brilliant nor do I take away the fact that he was one of the most beautiful man on the planet. But I personally cannot look past some of the things he did without at least acknowledging the fact that there was a real problem there. And that probably stemmed from within himself. Most Capricorns hold a lot of stuff and it really speak the truth and so it comes out in a ball and away. I think that was true for him he just didn’t have emotional maturity in order to Xpress himself in the way that would’ve been balanced. Would’ve been fair to each person involved in whatever situation he was in that caused him to feel that way and react that way. I also believe that his mama contributed to a lot of that and she herself was known to have a temper much like that but she was also an earth sign she was a Taurus. And I do believe that had a lot to do with the attraction to Ann-Margret because there’s something about her that was reminiscent of his mother. Just like Priscilla was reminiscent of his mama because she was pure she was naturally beautiful and she was sweet but she also had another side that no one got to say and she was very good at keeping secrets as a matter fact to the state she is she’s always going to try to protect him. But I find that when people do that they’re actually enabling and they’re harming an individual because we all have to have experiences that are unpleasant in order for us to be motivated to change. This is part of our evolution. It’s a necessary evil. You would think with all the money that he had he would’ve invested in his own wealth which was his health Ashley since he had a daughter whom he loved more than anything I think that was truly the second woman he loved with all his heart because the first was his mama. I don’t think any other woman ever could’ve had 100% of Elvis. Everybody wants to bask in the light of Elvis when he was and what he still is. I know to some degree that brings him some comfort because he didn’t want to be forgotten. But I don’t think he even knew how special he truly was. I think that was the foundation of some of the issues he had because it stemmed from his childhood. Then there’s the loss of his twin brother and his mother being over protective and very fearful and stealing all those things in him and then him having to watch his daddy strike his mother. Coming from poverty fighting over survival and having great misfortune back to back everything he did I think was motivated to please his parents. Narcissists are known to do that so he held a lot of anger even from childhood it just got bigger and bigger he allowed people to take a vantage of him like Parker and he really should have spent money to get rid of him and open up his own wrecker company so he could have control over his own creative processes and material that he put out but I think there was a lot of apprehension and fear that he didn’t know enough but I don’t believe that that was actually true. I think if he had give himself more freedom he would’ve been happier even though on a surface he seem to be quite happy money can’t buy you everything. Neither can notarize it or fame. And it’s definitely things you are not taking with you to the grave. It was an inner war between religion and spirituality within this man. He tried real hard to be above human but in the end that’s what he was even though he had a beautiful light shine so bright literally blinded people to the point where they made up their own stories about their memories of the events that led to his early grave. He was absolutely an icon and rightfully so but again He bled just like anyone else and he put his pants on and took them off in the same way we do and I heard him say that several times in interviews. At the most profound thing I heard him say it was about being his brothers keeper and that came from this channel. I believe that he meant that when he said it and I believe he put a lot of pressure on himself to live up to that he did a pretty good job I think. I’m just so sorry that it all and it’s at tragically but I don’t know how else to caravan it for him. I do believe he was terrified to get any older because he felt that his father‘s fears would be founded and he would be forgotten and everything would be gone one day I definitely don’t think I could’ve seen him go through that and I think he would have agreed
Sadly… he let the drugs get him… the man was worth so much more than all of that….. but I understand those around him couldn’t change him either so I don’t fault them….
