RIFF 2024 Children's Cultural Talk

Have national films and television shows lost their connection to children and youth?
How can we maintain a healthy relationship with young audiences? Is there a gap between youth and government funded films and TV shows produced for children? If so, what can we do to close that gap? what tools can we use to get a better understanding of younger audiences?
This panel explores these issues and how we can meet young audiences at new platforms and how we get them to gain interest in the platforms that we've been using for longer periods of time.
