@@keepitclean Yes the vehicle was a DD and drove it all over the SE U.S. and she was parked outside in the weather for over ten years and a bit of Last Coat and she just shines. Had to replace the hood emblem and they are bolted on requiring removal of the shroud , but quick fix. She lives in the Garage now looking fine till I need a long trip and she is the go to... The other rides aren’t as tough.
I sold my water pump and thermostat at 100k for 70€ and bought new one and new thermostat. It was working perfectly but after 100k there is a risk for failure. Also it’s good to replace the solenoids, oil cooler gasket, disa flaps, coolant tank, serpentine belt and tensioner
Really missed my roadster so I got a 6MT Monaco blue coupe set for delivery next week! Fantastic video, I look forward to seeing more content of your Z.
Great video! Love the blue. I've got a quaife LSD, KW v3's, M lower control arms, clubsport top mounts, a few poly bushes, zhp gear knob and a UUC short shifter kit on my coupe riding on Michelin 4s. About to fit BMW performance front calipers in a few weeks to finish it off before I think about an ESS supercharger kit (not sure if it's necessary/overkill). I’d think twice about committing to camber plates and poly bushes in case you’re tossing up fitting them with you BC coilovers. Great on the twisties but be prepared to feel every imperfection on the road!
Cheers, great vid - I'm just down the road in County Durham. Mine's the same, great external colour and sport spec but black and read leather and steptronic transmission. The 18" runflats caused my car to skip and tramline terribly over our mostly poor road surfaces so swapped them for BMW 17" rims and Goodyear F1 asymmetric tyres. Not only are those problems gone but I also have smoother ride, less tyre noise and around 5kg per less unsprung weight and therefore 20kg overall weight saving, so worth consideration IMHO.
Hey man, we have the same cars! Same colour, same Si Sport spec, same interior, manual gearbox etc. I'm on BC Racing coilovers, very pleased with them, cracking videos, got an air of professionality about them 👍
Hey, thanks! I can't find the exact one I have that comes with microphone - but it's like this one: amzn.to/3t9Nljr - Yes it links with the phone so you can play music & control it via the stereo/steering wheel controls.
I own a 2007 z4 coupe same level as yours I’ve had her 2.5 years but not done anything to it yet as I have been spending money on my scooby. However I’ve fallen for the z in that time but I’m finding it hard to find performance parts for her so will be interested in finding out from you. I have just ordered some 19” wheels for her in matte titanium as my car is like space grey I plan on doing suspension big brake kit bespoke exhaust from cobra tint lights change grill and little spoiler but in keeping with the car so no big wing I’ll leave that for the scooby 😂. I’m so glad this car was over looked by many as I think they are amazing who wants a Porsche with no luggage space😂 I would love to see a coupe in the newer version of the z. Could buy the supra and badge it as a bmw 😂
I don't unfortunately - it was something I picked up from the Z4 Forum years ago (before I owned the car) - though I'm sure it was based on RPI's scoop (you should be able to find this somewhere).
Had my 06 Coupe for about 10 years and 110,000 miles and only biggy was water pump gernading at 105k and still looks great...
Great, strong engines! Think we’ll replace the water pump preemptively soon on this to be safe!

@@rotorblade9508 Hmm didn't think about all that... Kinda like a Helo eh. Did replace the windshield washer motor.
Poetry in motion - have had my ruby black SI for a couple of years now and love it. Fabulous cars 😁
Appreciated! Ruby Black is a great colour when the light hits!
I've always loved those Z4 style 108s wheels, looks great on the coupe! Install a LSD and you've got a close to a perfect vehicle there. 👍👍
The opening scene of this stunning car in the underground carpark is superb , really shows off the cars lines beautifully , love it ,
Really missed my roadster so I got a 6MT Monaco blue coupe set for delivery next week! Fantastic video, I look forward to seeing more content of your Z.
I just bought one and it ticks all my boxes. That's a superbly shot 45 second intro : great work.
Miss my Z4. Used to run BBS LMs which the car really suits. Great video and superb looking car.
LM’s are a great wheel on these - we’ve got some nice BBS for this too, more to come on them!
I have had my Z4 M coupe over 3 years and absolutely love it 🥰
You have a gorgeous car there!
Great video too, keep them coming 😊👍🏻
Lovely car, lovely colour. n sees so few of these. I think these coupes looks better than the roadster but I'd miss the open top.
Welcome to the E86 family 👍
Thanks! 👍
That's a great video!
I'm on my 3rd Coupe now, but this one is an M.
But you have much better scenery!

What difference did the quaife lsd make to the driving experience? I’m considering quaffed lsd for mine, what is the cost? Thanks

Hi Nice machine. Can you tell me how you upgraded your Bluetooth. Does it link with your phone.

Many thanks. I’ll take a look 👍🏿

Porsche like boxter or cayman are nice but more expensive and more expensive and difficult to maintain
My dude, do you have a link for the ramair scoop you fitted? The noise is something I crave for my coupe.
I don't unfortunately - it was something I picked up from the Z4 Forum years ago (before I owned the car) - though I'm sure it was based on RPI's scoop (you should be able to find this somewhere).
Awesome job as always 👏
🙏🏼
Do you still own this car fella?
I'm in the market for one at the moment. Tough to find, especially up here in Scotland.
Love my coupe. Had mine for 2 years. I have how-to’s in my channel
bmw just got these RIGHT........
hi where did you find your air scoop ?
I got this one from the Z4 forum (years before I even owned the car). I think RPI also make them.
top de linha😍
Nice work looking forward to seeing more content 👍I also have a coupe phenix gold not on UA-cam but check it out Facebook glenn bourne 👍
Thanks! Phoenix Yellow is a great colour, not everyone’s cup of tea but I’m a fan!
