Hey buddy. New guy here. This is my 15th workout with you. Retired Military. Just finished multiple neck surgeries, a shoulder surgery and a cardiac arrest (electrical problem) which required a pacemaker. I’m feeling better than ever. These workouts are really helping. Your a big blessing.
Thanks, Bacon! Love to hear that and great job on your end sticking with it! Do you think the gradual resistance provided by the Bowflex was better for you coming out of the past injuries? I would think so, but genuinely curious if you have found that helpful. Hope you post more often and I appreciate the positivity! Sometimes I get a little down how my UA-cam numbers are looking and then a comment like yours comes through and I helps remind me focus on the mission of just putting good stuff out there into the world.
@@BowflexWorkouts yes. Gradual helps. I have an extreme 2 SE w 410 Lbs that’s 10 years old but barely used. I hook my two d rings on the lower pulleys together to give me some advanced tension when using the upper or middle helps a bunch.
Done! Next triceps then abs! Keep them coming Eric. Maybe add in some exercises with ball, band weights! Thanks bro for keeping us motivated. Come on team, let's do this! Jesus loves you!
Did this today, feeling great, love how you change it up! Was sure about the different moves, but was really effective and got the heart rate up. Need more like this. Rock on!

Oh my lord… everything hurts after this one lol.. I started at 50lbs and it was like no way hose.. dropped to 40lbs. I had almost nothing left when we did the 3 moves on the other side!! Great workout!! Sweat is pouring off of me lol
@@BowflexWorkouts just finished! I enjoyed it. Creative way to use the machine! It was hard on the 2nd half but I was stuck since I already did the first half lol.
Good work! Yeah, it was a tough one! I made a last second switch from 35-25 work-rest intervals to 40-20 and think that really ratcheted up the difficulty.
I just got a PR3000 and I love your workouts!! I tried doing the ones that come on the manual but yours are way easier to flow through instead of having to flip the handgrips across the 3 pulley systems. Can you do more workouts for the vertical machines like this one?? Ty so much!!
Thanks for the comment, Cassie, and glad you liked it! I'm trying to put out an upright routine every 2-3 weeks and the next 2 are more Heavy set type of routines (rep based). After those get posted, I'll need to do some fun ones like this again!
@@BowflexWorkouts I’m good with the heavy ones too 😁.. I used to powerlift but had to stop because of a reoccurring back injury. In the process I got very out of shape and trying to regain strength, improve flexibility and endurance. I’ll maybe go back to powerlifting one day but for now, these workouts are perfect for me. I’m absolutely loving the creativity you are doing in them!
