Indian factory blueprint for 1931 racing motors says to add a additional 4 oz weight in the aluminium piston and 2 oz for cast iron piston. That is moving the balance factor up in the rev range. So if you like to rev your engine, have the pin side heavier.
We call that wooden thing a level. And I am wondering why only 1 piston? What happens when you have 2 pistons. Thanks again. Hope all is well with you and your family.- Jim from New York.
that is how the indian manual tells us to balance the flywheel , i also asked myself this question , and i think the second piston is getting lost with taking friction in the engine in consideration , but this is just a guess .this is anyway just a ruff balancing but it works .
i got new knowledge. Good work man 👍👍👍
Good video, easy to follow. I like the simple rolling stand. Nice work.
Thank you Ala !
