I agree, £30 does seem a bit pricey. I can see thiese things being quite useful though. Personally, I'd glue most of those barrels into a pyramid shape ( with the barrels lying flat ) onto a base, and have the rest just lying around near it. that would make them into a decent sized piece of scenery.
Kit-bashing this vv/a Taurox vvould give you a really nice Armored Semi-Trailor . I could see some Mad Max inspired Necrmunda going on vv/that .Great Video.
I might grab a few of these and just build my own terrain cause £15 (discount) for 1 ruined building is kinda ridiculous because I like to have a lot of terrain
Hhaha, I am glad you noticed the death known as Games Workshop skulls. I hate skulls (apart from the new skulls basing set) which is why I only really like about five armies. :P
I dislike the small crates. You cant open them unlike the old one. Also the stormbolters. Wast of pastic. Everyone has loads of stormbolters in Bitsboxes at home. Should have gone with Autocanon or something diffrent. Its non logical anyway. I would have liked to see 1 Container with a dent or destroyed. Or some partially destoryed Barrels. Yeah you can drill in holes. But come on. 40,-€ You should really get some dead investet guardsmen or a forklift truck at that price.
Agreed, the crate is not a bad little add on but it laughably over priced. I bought it, I like them, but man, I'll tell everyone buy them used or on sale from a diffrent seller.
I think better would have been just the containers themselves for £20. Also, you are either highly objective or highly subjective, I can't figure it out yet. ;) By the latter statement, of course, I'm talking about the fact you think £300 is good for a ship, but £30 is too much for three nice, large, terrain containers. Well, I do agree, overpriced a bit.
Im glad they have added barrels and ammo boxes, as the only other place you could get them was in the battlefield accessories pack
there are plenty of options from 1/35 scale its even cheaper and the same sizes especially the oildrums.
i use lots of 1/35 kits for my 40k tankarmy.,
I wonder if they'll do single crates eventually?
I love the small stuff, great for killteam scatter terrain or to make a stand alone fuel depot or munitions dump
I think it's a great set. I love the barrels and crates. This set is specially awesome for Shadow War Armageddon.

Loved the barrels and crates, got mine for £22, be savvy GW fans!
can you give the dimensions of the parts, i couldn't find any numbers so far.

Thanks for the honest review, there is company called Dark Ops that do mdf terrain. They do super containers.
2 for £10 too. :D Thanks for the video!
What's the website?
Dominic Gibson darkops.myshopify.com/
You're welcome celebrity giant. Thanks for suggesting the other terrain.
All those puns made me want to cheese crate my arm off

I have a GW scenery addiction. I will purchase these in the future, sadly.
I do wish they would make more scenery, specifically for the xenos armies, and without having to rely on OP rules such as that Tau wall.
the terrain it self is great. but the price.... oh.... the price
I actually needed that kind of terrain for my gaming table xD
Can you please give the dimensions of the product next time you review please?
I know i'm late to this particular review, but it cracked me Supes. Ultimate Imperial Camper PMSFL. However they look good but again over priced

*mentions a game of jenga*
*imagines playing a game of jenga and getting banned from all the local GW stores from breaking the container models*
How crateios of you
Tbh, I can see GW doing a bundle of these models so people can order them in bulk and so they can get rid of some of their stock
I'm sure this will happen.
+Sup3rSaiy3n hell, it's what they did with the renegade box set
Or: www.triplehelixwargames.co.uk/product/munitorum-armoured-containers/
I always use them and receive them on release day. Quicker and cheaper than GW, it's a no-brainer.

order the conquest issues from a news agent and you get the same sprues

The puns were too crate for me to handle with care.
Nice terrain, but at $85aud/44pound, definately too expensive.
