The valuation of long-term securities is an essential topic in finance. It consists of the common stock valuation including the constant growth model, variable growth model, and zero growth model, and bond valuation including the calculation of zero coupon bnon-zeronon-zero coupon bonds. In this video lecture, I have provided the solution to Self Correction Problem 4, chapter no 4, valuation of long-long-term securities covering the book titled Fundamentals of financial management by Van Horne. This will help students learn about calculating the variable growth model.
