Pretty nice job :) My only regret with LIPO batteries today is this amount of different connectors provided sometimes, it really sucks :( Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend
ABMNS PRODUCTION I agree with you on the connectors, however, I suppose it gives everyone the option to have what they prefer. We have an adapter, something like $3-4 from hobbyking, that lets us use most any battery. Came in handy on this test because we use XT60's for our usual activity.
AGL Aerial Video Solutions lol Personally most of times, i cut the wires and solder my favorite ones but i will be cool if they could offer us the choice of the connectors on their website, i know few shops which allow us to do that but unfortunately Hobbyking is not one of them...
I would be really interested in you testing some of the Zippy 2200mah batteries (not compact). I have been flying them for a while and they seems to be really good. From what I have heard they are similar to the turnigy ones but maybe puff a bit less.
Wyll Surf Air Maybe we can get our hands on some regular Zippy's. We may actually have a regular Zippy on hand, but, this was a test of a specific size battery. Or at least as close as we could get (aka the Venom was 2100). I have 5 of the Turnigy 2200's I bought to fly in a DHC2 Beaver, but, I am sure that I will end up flying several different brands in that plane. I will definitely fly the Oak Mountain sourced battery after I saw the results of the test.
Good job fellows, nice to know that you don't always get what you pay for. Would like yall to test a few 5000 mah 's I'm running.
Nathan Robertson We certainly can. We have a couple 5000mah batteries of different voltages and brands.
