Yeah, especially because it got officially confirmed by the Crush 40 lead singer/songwritter (Johnny Gioeli) that Paramount was legally given the rights to that awesome song! So none of us fans have to worry about if it will or won't be playing in Sonic 3 anymore because we now know that the most highly wanted song for that movie actually WILL be in it!!!
