Christmas can be challenging for many of us, but for people living with an illness they're likely to die from and those close to them, it can often feel impossible. Every five minutes someone in the UK dies without getting the care they need. We’re determined to change that. We want to make sure our nursing and hospice care, practical and clinical information, and free support line services are there for even more people, up and down the country.
