It's an massive improvement imo. I hope the entire S.H. Figuarts Naruto line will never stop improving and that someday we might even get a 3.0 version. I hope everything about this line keeps heading in the upwards direction. The sculpting, paint job, articulation and details. Everything except the price. 😂 I can't wait for Orochimaru, Naruto (Kurama Link Mode), & Obito figures to be release!
Appreciate the direct comparisons! My 1.0 Kakashi is in storage so I was hoping to see how it stacks up with the new one out now. I think I’m going to put 1.0 Kakashi with the child versions of team 7.
I can live without the chidori effect piece and the kunai since there’s probably gonna be plenty of those to spare down the line but it’s very stupid of them to not at least add some gripping hands. Overall amazing figure but that little detail they missed really annoys me.
The new one feels and looks like an actual person rather than an anime character, the scuplt, the details, the colours. The old one looks closer to the anime while the new one looks more a video game character.
both look good and both look accurate depending on the artstyle or panel or scene they draw him but overall as a Kakashi fan I will get both 1.0 and 2.0 since Kakashis is my number 1 favorite Character in Naruto.
12:50 Funnily enough, the book covers are accurate to how they were in the anime. You made me question the original (orange) book for obvious reasons, but no: it's actually correct! The scaling on the other hand is entirely different... Can't say which is more accurate
