- Hello Everyone and welcome to Mount and Blade Warband due to a strangely timed patch in Bannerlord I turn to Warband for a new series! We are back to one of the best mods ever created for the game The Last Days Of The Third Age. The mod is a totally conversion for the whole game turning it into lord of the rings showcasing the battle for middle earth.

What do you think can Gondor survive the horrors Of Mordor?
I hope it can! In my playthroughs I always get destroyed early by Mordor.
Only if they have talion of shadow of war
Ya know in the movie Good was all but defeated before the "war" actually started. DW it's all just so the dramatic good uppercut will make saurons ears ring!! FOR THE WHITE TREE!
I played the crap out of this mod a few years ago. Some tips that hopefully arent out of date:
-Try to get quests that increase faction rank points the most (village protection, troll hunt) as each rank you gain increases the daily resource points you get from your faction. The increase tou get also gets bigger each time, rank 1-2 goes from 15 to 40 per day +25 and rank 2-3 goes from 40 to 75 per day +35 then 3-4 from 75 to 120 +45 etc.
-Each faction rank you gain will allow you to ask the faction leader for a gift, at the cost of some influence, which can be very good equipment/horses or items that give +1 to certain skills.
-The repeated asking for quests doesnt work after you turn down an offered quest, it only works if they initially say they dont have a quest
-Trolls fall to massed archer fire fairly easily. You should try to head shot the troll as much as you can or if you're feeling risky charge it on horse with couched lance for big damage.
-Putting your or your companions skill points in looting will increase the number of scraps you get post battle. This means after bigger battles, you'll get a load of high-quality scraps that sell for a couple hundred a pop and youll be swimming in resource points.
-From what I remember Rohan gets bodied at least 80% of the time so if they start losing settlements you might want to go help for a bit to slow down their destruction.
That shot was nuts and sometimes the lords do give u a quest if u ask abt like 3 times
You should find the healer companion, i think she's an elf somewhere will help ya guys to not die

You should try moria after this if you want a real challenge there units suck
They seem to be doing quite well against my troops so far :)
@@ThreatX they might be for the AI but as a player they are hard to play because fighting the elves you have to highly outnumbered them to win
Not looking good for Gondor. Seems like some of the red places next to the white city need to be taken back
At this point we did not actually lose anything but yah not a great start it is classed as hard
@@ThreatXthe only way to really survive (that I'm aware of as Gondor) is to knock out the smaller enemy factions asap once you can influence things. The corsair or haradrim only have 1 settlement each, but pump out many parties and high tier units that can erode everything around them when left to their devices. I hope you can be the savior of Gondor, they seem to die a lot in the playthroughs I've seen. Best of luck!
You need to upgrade looting to get more of those resources

Around 19:00 your rohirrim dude was shouting "ride now sons of Eorl" because Eorl was the dude who led the rohirrim to Rohan
Btw, you gain more influence/resources for aiding ally parties based on how dire their situation is.
Winning a battle when assisting the last few survivors is much more profitable... there is also a glitch where if you assist when the party you come to reinforce has hit 0 but the battle is still ongoing, it kinda breaks things and gives you INSANE rewards.)

If they gave you a quest and you refused they won't spawn another

Whenever I play any of the Mount and Blade games I almost always end up with a cavalry army... I just can't get enough cavalry. Love cavalry too much.
You need to add your weapon proficiencies
This is so cool man when you joined that huge army looked epic you sir have earned your self a follow hope to see more stuff like this it funny I play lord of the ring rise to war on phone and it cool seeing all the landmarks I see on. Daily basis up close 😂 ingore me the inner fan boy in me come out when anything lords of the rings happen 🤣

i don't know if you're into Total war at all , but if you are you should check out Divide and Conquer(DAC) a LOTR mod for Medieval 2 tw , its very well polished and i think the best strategy "game" for LOTR atm.
Alas the turn based bit puts me off
The controls of warband for troops is much better then banner lord

Every series i watch of this game is from year's ago it's good to see someone make a series just weeks ago thank you for your time and energy

I think you can upgrade your weapon proficiency too
I do for archery nothing else that is where probably 80% of the skill comes from
