😳 I didn’t know who Nile Evans was before watching this. He is everything you want in a leader, he’s the backbone of the whole show. Now it makes sense how this show has been successful for almost two decades.
Nile’s attention to detail and drive combined with that level of respect and empathy he has for every single person trying out is amazing to see. He just taught us all a master class in how you cultivate talent. There aren’t that many people who will treat and talk to newbies trying out with the same level of respect as the WildNOut stars. Dude could leave WNO and kill it as CEO for any Fortune 500. Respect. 🙌

It's really cool seeing what it takes to make it on Wild ‘N Out because it shows how amazing the people on the show are. Also shows the pressure you have to be able to deal with while trying to make it in the acting business. It also makes you proud of the people who were brave enough to come on the audition and even more proud of the ones who made it.
