I had this there customer service is non existent but I had my scooter for about a year and change . It ran ok it all depends on the terrain your on if it’s rough your mileage will be non exsistant and if your big your mileage will be low . Other than that for the price (when I bought one they were barely 500 bucks. There easy to repair because they literally come apart and can be put back together with literally wire cause the main frame the connector piece came off . It’s slow as molasses but that’s because it’s so light
My front tires wear out only ufter 20 miles. Its suspension. Its in side tire that getting wear out. I think its purpose is driving only on grass or soft terrain.
How did you adjust the toe. The wheels on mine tilt alot.

Are you still using it? Can you tell me what the seat heigh is and if i can be adjusted?
After two months how are you liking this model? I'm thinking of this or the mobility pro.
It has a big turn radius so the three wheel one might be better.

I only use it when my Segway isn't allowed but took it to six flags and it worked pretty good. The thumb control was touchy and they sent a new one.
