My self care ritual is an hour long morning walk on the NDA road here in Pune where there is greenery, birds (peacocks), cows, horses, dogs and sunrise 😊 I like to look at the nature and chant Ram Naam while walking, breathing fully and feeling the oxygen!!

For me, it's food, exercises, music n sleeping properly. I barely get time for a proper haircut, that's all I spend on salons. Rest everything, thanks to people like u online, I try to do it at home.

Selfcare to me is enjoying a slow bath and using a loofah to get rid of all the dead skin on my body. It also means enjoying my own company at home, enjoying a glass of limbu sharbat and putting off my phones when I want to spend time with myself. Slowing down and doing things at my own pace is self care for me

Self-care for me is self-analysing & keep improving by the day, to look within & keep enhancing myself. BTW Is this Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore? I saw you in the Bhiksha Hall on 17th April.. just a glimpse & then I missed, couldn't find you later.
