You don't have to be concerned you're in pop-up jail, you are. You, as in business you, are not (obviously).
Can you use the points to pay off annual fee
I’m not sure, but that would be a poor way to use points.
Nice breakdown! Looking at the different airline cards with getting checked bags covered depending on how much you fly can recoup the annual fee alone. Glad you evaded pop up jail and were able to pick this one up.
