I feel like she doesnt show a lot of romance love to him, more like friendship or family, only when he got infected or he's in danger, then she realised how strong her love is and even went to confess it to him. Sooo happy:))) im quite sure it will be happy ending tho, or it will be an open ending for season 2, since its only 12 episodes quite short.
