my suggestion is to add some npcs that you can recruit as your crew and they get progressively stronger also to add some boats not big ones that you can drive

Also, with the rocket move, you could make the player go higher, that way if we use the move to climb a mountain for example, we can use it on the side of the mountain instead of needing to aim for the air
Ever heard of Mine Mine no Mi? The skills in it are implemented as a customizable tool-bar, that is simultsneous to the vanilla Minecraft bar, but switchable. I think your mod could benefit from this formula. I mean, it at least allows for easier compatibility to other mods (lesser Keys to configurate)
thw attack damage for every devil fruit is soo weak, why would i gatling somene for weak damage instead of just usin a stone sword and kill em in two hits
I despise the Minecraft walking animation so much, it makes mods with such cool ass animations look so out of place because Minecraft has such stiff and horrible animations.

Just a suggestion, but maybe add something so you can hide your arms while using your attacks in first person?
Mod is good, just remember to add a bunch of destruction in the move just like the ones in the anime

Does different races have different buffs for them? Like the giants will be stronger and fishman can swim faster?
Can you learn haki in this? The attacks seems kinda weak but getting haki and then ryuo would be a cool way to upgrade
