I've been told that they are divided up in to teams and all the tips are divided equally with all the team members. And yes they are supposed to claim there tips on there taxes just like waitresses do. It's kinda like the honor system. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Not all Casino's are doing this Team thing. I personally don't like it. My Brother-in-law worked for Sandy Sansing Chevy as a mechanic doing the Team thing for a short time because he said you had (2) Certified GM Mechanic's (1) oil and lube guy, (1) leak and squeak finder and a Brake Specialist. Oh and a Front Suspension guy. 6 men on a Team. Him being a Certified Mechanic may do 95 hrs in one week and all the others may do 40hrs. Each . You all get payed the same amount and that Bull Crap.
I agree John!! Plus as a certified mechanic he had to complete schooling. Not much schooling for the oil and lube guy. Some restaurants do the same thing. You will have a waiter or waitress that goes above and beyond to take care of the customers then you have that one that you can’t even get a drink refill from! I believe if you earn it then keep it!
