What you mean!! Today is the first day of Dul-HIJAH! start your good deeds from tomorrow, if you missed today. Do a lot of dhikr, pray, recite thr quran, give Sadka, help people in need.

@@Leen_AZ123 Understandable, but remember that ultimately it is your responsibility. They remind us and they teach us, but at the end of the day, it is us who should seek knowledge and learn about Islam in the first place in order not to miss such imortant times. Moreover, there are many other Islamic UA-cam channels which have posted reminders of this great event prior to it.
Nevertheless, there are still many days left where a lot of good deeds can be done :)

Alhamdulillah yeah more days are left. However tho, I didn't even know about these 10 days had I not seen it on yt, and I'm 19 years old who grow up in "Muslim" family... I literally only learned how to pray two ears ago from google and yt.
@@Leen_AZ123 Very understandable. I’m 18 years old, grown up in a muslim family yet also newly learned about these 10 days!
I think a lot of people don’t know about them, but I’m very happy that islamic knowledge is getting spread online so that we and other people can learn about our beautiful religion.
Since Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) has guided us with this knowledge, we should tell our muslim family members or friends etc.
May Allah accept our good deeds and forgive us for our past sins, and guide us all to the right path. :)

The Prophet (ﷺ) said
No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first ten days of Dhul Hijja)." Then some companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Not even Jihad?" He replied, "Not even Jihad, except that of a man who does it by putting himself and his property in danger (for Allah's sake) and does not return with any of those things."

Today marks the first day of the ten blessed days of Dhul Hijjah. Today is also the blessed day of Jummah. Allah makes an oath on the day of Jummah and the ten blessed days of Dhul Hijjah. The dua made at the last hour of Jummah is most likely to be accepted. Make dua that Allah gives you the strength and energy to perform many righteous actions during these ten blessed days of Dhul Hijjah. Please strive to implement as many good deeds as possible during these blessed days of Dhul Hijjah. Do not let a single second pass by without indulging in the remembrance of Allah during these ten blessed days.
Things to do during the month of Dhul Hijjah:
1. Fasting.
2. Recite the Qur'an more and every day.
3. Do dikhr of allah.
4. Give sadaqah ( it can be anything not only money).
5.Cut of the sins and do more good deeds.
6. Pray tahajjud.
7. Seek guidance of allah.
7 ways to earn good deeds even after death:
1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain.
2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain.
3) Participate in building a masjid.
4) Place a watercooler in a public space.
5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eats from it.
6) Teach friends and family about Islam.
Everytime they learn something from you and they implement it, you gain.
7) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

I am very excited for the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah. For the year 2024, the first day of Dhul Hijjah will commence on Friday, June 7th. The day of Arafah will commence on Saturday, June 15th. Eid al-Adha (Day of Nahr) will commence on Sunday, June 16th. Don't forget that the night precedes the day in the Islamic calendar. So the first night of Dhul Hijjah will commence on Thursday, June 6th, at sunset. If you plan on offering sacrifice (Udhiya), make sure not to clip your hair or cut your nails after sunset on Thursday, June 6th. May Allah allow us to reach the ten blessed days of Dhul Hijjah with good health and faith.
