16 years in as a CO, I always lead with myself and have had few problems. Prison is never easy but its easier when you don't fight it. Just don't try to add your feet to the collection of feet already on that man's neck.

I am an OG Retired California Prison Guard, Great Interview, But Hector Did Not Talk About The Green Wall Prison Guard Gang that was at RJD-Donovan Where He was a Lt. This is a Wide Spread Prison Guard Gang Throughout CDCR.
