i took a spill and now my front tire is rubbing against the mainframe cowling. its like i need to push the tire forward. any suggestions or just take tire right off?
This almost sounds like your forks may be bent... Does the front suspension still slide smoothly when you press down on the handlebars? Loosening the wheel, and fork clamps then retightening can help straighten things that shift after a fall.

is the rear tyre the same size of the first one?
Yes, stock sizes.
Did you put sliders on yours?
Yes I do have sliders. The previous owner had installed Womet Tech sliders.

All my drops on previous bikes have been exactly like that! Weird parking situations 😣.
