Hi sir my friends got an email to their address verification is incomplete but I didn't receive any mail what was the reason behind is this necessary for sending mail to the address verification is incomplete mail to the candidates

I have completed my tcs smart hiring interview on 22nd august in chennai. After some days i got a regret message in my tcs next step portal.... After somedays it again changed to batched message in my tcs next step portal..... And again it changed to regret message in my tcs next step portal......And it again changed to a batched status in my tcs next step portal sir...
What can i assume this sir??
Can i wait for an offer letter sir?
But, In tcs company one HR called me and told that you are not selected in the interview process. But in my tcs next step portal still it shows batched status in my tcs next step portal....
Can i wait for an offer letter or i will be rejected sir?
