    To answer your question "why eat out?" I've been cooking for over 60 years and need a break occasionally.
    Lent is coming, so I definitely will be trying this. A couple more dandy recipes for fish would be greatly appreciated. 😋

    Made this recipe yesterday with some changes as we didn't have the items. Shallot was replaced by half an onion, tarragon was substituted for Dill, white wine was substituted with left over plum tomato sauce and half a cube of vegtable stock. As you said you can make it how you want it. :) Delish recipe coming from someone who doesn't eat fish a lot. Will defenitly make it again.

    Wow been making this years, never added the butter before shallots, added tomatoes, butter and wine same time🫤, going to make huge difference, looks so much better too lol, I make with seared stripped bass or halibut in date night, tyvm

    Thank you so much for this recipe I know I will try it. I have mahi mahi that I wanted to try a new recipe with. I’ll report back.
    I made the sauce last night with the mahi mahi . It was very tasty. I’m not a wine drinker but I do love cooking with wine and this was a wonderful wine sauce. I had leftovers the next day and it was even better. I served it with spinach and red bell pepper orzo. Family gave the sauce a thumbs up! BTW I’m making this again tonight just because I love mahi mahi and now I have a yummy sauce to put on it. Thanks again, Chef Billy.
