    I really appreciate your videos, they have been very helpful to me and my training. How do you manage fatigue? How do you know when you need to rest, eat or actually do more when you are tired?

    Dom, I'd love to hear your advice on how to deal with or remedy a constantly sore and stubborn lower back. I stretch and train core regularly but also work construction, I think my work plays a large role in being tight and sore. However, I have always done this type of work and I've felt pretty great in the past. For context I am 33 years old and fairly tall (6'2). Thanks and best of luck in your fight. You got this!

    Any tips for wrist recovery from attempting a planche too early? Rested for 3 weeks. Rice bucket training one week and stretching. Now it’s 6 weeks later but still have a bit of pain when doing dips.

    Hey Dom I’ve seen you do chest flies on rings with awesome range of motion in the past - how would you compare the chest stimulus from the full ROM ring flies to weighted ring push-ups? Do you have a favorite between the two when considering chest stimulus? Or do you like another one more? Can’t wait for your fight, best of luck💪

      good observation! Right now I haven’t done any for almost a year and I feel great… the only downside I see is that my little brother has bigger arms than me now! =D but I can live with that! =D
