It's on top of the wall behind the building , near the tree behind the building , and at the prison cell.. only 1 pumpkin in the building , you just have to go outside to look for all the pumpkins
If you're on that map , you need to find them at the attic, and at the bathroom, basement, and in the water pool , you need to dive in the water pool to find it because the pumpkin is hidden in the water pool.
