Exactly. Each one of my siblings. and my ex-husband did this It began in my childhood and continues to this day. I've been no contact for 5 years. The thing that hurts the most is the horrible false accusations and character assassination.
I believe these N's are unbelieving they DO have power to hurt you, that they are actually unworthy of you...
Don't forget they also, gossip gossip gossip about their own child to ANYONE who will listen especially that childs friends n fam.

What’s fun now is that when we got together all this was not public, and everything worked on me. The gaslighting, love bombing and the degrading. Now that all this is public, hopefully it does not work on any girls anymore and he has lost his victims

Always the victim
Sounds so familiar!
As I get older I'm starting to a lot of different things in my life and about myself, and how I still carry a lot of hurt from past experiences. I've been looking at a lot of near-death experiences and it's wild how many people say that we chose our parents. I have had a tough upbringing like most of you but it's been for the better as far as my spiritual growth. I have also heard a lot of people talking about how we live many different lifetimes and maybe her life is so easy because she had such a hard one in the past and maybe she's just recovering. All I know is the more I try to understand her and where she may be coming from, the more hurt I am able to turn into empathy and understanding.....only took me 40 years and a few mental breakdowns.
Been there. No fun being the black sheep scapegoat.
They are not sensitive, they can’t feel sensitiveness, when they see your sensitive kind heart of course they are offended, they don’t have it but you have it, and they feel they are the victims now
I wish we could stop crying over all this stuff it’s happening more and more because every thing is about being a narc and how they treated people I AM A SURVIVOR OF A NARCISSIST I refuse to to still be a victim of that circumstance by constantly saying how bad they treated me the internet is filled with these stories .Jesus Christ is what we need to talk about and his power surviving the narc nightmare is a blessing but constantly ranting about how bad they treated you and bashing them you are actually at the least having there victim mentality attitude.For Christ followers this narrative shouldn’t be that simple we know That there’s nothing impossible for Christ plain and simple believe it or not Maybe if we had a prayer for them as much as we have all the negative thoughts emotions and anger being displayed about how it made you feel we could break some chains theres power in in the tongue are words definitely play apart in our reality
