"I cannot bear to think about not being able to for a moment longer." You reach out hesitantly, unsure of what might happen. "You're not real." You say, tears welling up in your eyes. "You've never been real." He smiles softly. "My dear, I am real to YOU, that's all that really matters, does it not?" You smile and take his still outstretched hand. "You're right. You're real enough to me." You begin to smile as he pulls you in to begin to dance. Placing your head onto his chest you close your eyes and smile as you listen to the sound of his heartbeat. You sway across the room and for now all your worries have seemed to melt away like snow on a warm spring day. You feel safe, if only for a moment in time.

Pov: it's a character that you've admired since you were young. You never thought about falling in love with him, at least until today. All the changes, loss, unstable present and unpredictable future make you tired, insecure and depressed, his gentle voice calm you down. It feels like laying your head on his laps and listening to his lullaby, like there are only two of you in this whole world. You can be a little princess again, and he will be your knight. In a moment, you think that it'll last forever, that there's finally something worth to live for, like some kinds of magic that suddenly happen. In his presence, everything becomes bearable and wonderful...
My comfort character comes completely from my imagination, its so difficult to picture what they even look like. Im scared that one day my imagination wont be enough to keep them alive but they dont exist anywhere else :[
When u had imagined them...u wd've thought of some dailouges which comforts u...try to rmbr those dailouges again...the dailouges which portrait ur comfort character's image. Like, "She smiled looking in his dark eyes". It shows that ur brain have made that character of dark eyes...colour can be now, black or brown. Its conpletely ur choice :] Like, "she caressed his curly and messed hairs, smiling through the pain. I feel that. I've been in many relationships but I've never felt real love in this world. But when I think about him and how I can never hold him for real, my heart aches like I've lost someone dear to me.

Five years ago, I was fascinated by werewolf novels on Wattpad, and by chance I found a novel in Arabic. I gave up because I couldn't read Arabic letters, but for some reason the introduction attracted me. So I translated it. I once had such a realistic dream about the love of my life. I only remember his skin and hair, not his face but… I felt so comfortable like never before. I miss him even if it was only a figure of my dream… he saw ME and not just a person to keep for a few years… not only a body. He saw me… mind, soul, love, body, everything. POV- You imagine you with your comfort character having fun while playing instruments in the empty classroom, dancing in the ball, going on small picnics and dates laughing at the little jokes and spending time together, travelling together, running across the school corridors, growing up and moving in together, showing how much you love each other, waking up in the morning and seeing them in front of you, getting back from work and spending time together after a tiring day and enjoying life to the fullest. But then wake up to realize that all the happy moments are just a part of the dream which you might never get to experiance.

for me, neuvillette is that character. it’s honestly concerning how much i relate. i always am asked why he’s my favorite, and i just say “oh he’s a good dps” “oh he’s a good f2p option” no. he’s literally a character i relate to. (not gonna list this out) but he’s also kind and gentle. it’s so calming how much he shows love for the melusines and honestly my stomach gets a weird feeling when i see a photo of him. it’s weird, i know. “a fictional character?” you don’t understand.. it’s just so calming and relaxing…

The melody is just so enchanting, creating a magical atmosphere that envelops us in eternal bliss. This song perfectly brings my comfort character to life, it captures the sense of comfort, solace, and love that my comfort character has.
pov: The night..she go out..she see him there looking at the sky..he was broken and lost..which? he even yell at her to go away and who is she and must leave. but she didnt move and stay there smiling at him. he looked over again confuse but when they see the tears in the eachother eyes. we first spoke was like the heavens singing and dancing around us. We were the whole to everyone's hearts, especially each other. We lit up the world with how perfect it was. But really.. it was you. It was him! He lit up the room. My comfort charecter lives in a different world but when I go to sleep I can meet them again. Thats why I like sleeping sometimes. If I think about them enough then I can see them every night. Its beautiful sometimes.

Pov Staring into each other eyes they maintained eye contact while she smile looking at him who gives back the same smile which comforts her everytime. Not saying anything he held her hand and put on his shoulder while capturing her waist pulling her towards him as they both interwined their left hands maintaining eye contact. They both swing at beats matching steps with each other while dancing around hall which had dim yellow light and huge glass windows with light curtains enabling only their shadow to be seen. Me putting my classes to use be like: One, two, three... Each step brought you closer to them. You could see the outline of their body against the rising sun. The same sun that chased away the stars that had peppered the sky while you both discussed your favorite type of birds. Four, five, six... Each breath counted meant something. It was one breath less where you wouldn't be sharing their air. Where you wouldn't be standing next to them, to feel their hand in your own. Seven, eight, nine... Each time your nails dug into your palm to keep from reaching out to them. You couldn't risk such a thing. Probably the only time that temptation felt truly like a reward for the unpunished, while restraint had you wanting to be torn apart. Ten, eleven, twelve. They were standing in front of you now. Their smile curved their lips and they reach out a hand towards you. You reached back, but the moment your fingertips touched, the visage wavered. The edges blurred and their facial features dissolved. Until you were standing and watching the sun rise alone. What was that saying? Rinse and repeat? One, two, three...
POV: You stand there, feeling the cooling chill of the night as your eyes scan the beautiful lights of the entire city that never made you feel a thing. You stand at the building top, soulless, wishing that you had never been born in this world: a world devoid of magic and myst and colourless to your eyes. You knew for the longest time that you were never meant to be here, yet you stayed, thinking that there would be a day you encountered something that at least felt like home. However, you have decided to quit and leave this hostile world forever. You shut your eyes and take a step forward, attempting to jump off, but you find your feet standing on firm land. Confused, you furrow your eyebrows and wince your eyes open to discover the world under your feet as you stand there in the air. Your heartbeat sped and your breath hitched. You looked around trying to make sense of what was happening. Your head started going dizzy and you started losing consciousness when a pair of hands slid under your waist and held you up, tight and close, not meaning to let go. "Y/n, I've come for you" you look up as the moonlight shines on the distinguished man's face and time stops. It was HIM! It really was him! You knew, deep down that he was real; he felt real to you and you knew how sometimes you felt his presence at night! all of that was REAL! You both begin circling in the middle of the air. You could vaguely make out the stars moving insanely fast behind you both as your eyes were fixated on his. He was even more beautiful than you had imagined. His smile felt like a galactic burst inside your heart and his hair floated in the air calmly while entangling with yours. His eyes had a whole universe to themself. This was so strange, yet you know you've never felt more alive than this moment. You, in his arms dancing amongst the stars to a melody that his presence brews. you were home.💙 PS: Y'all this was my first time making a pov, also english is NOT my first language so I apologise for any mistakes. INSPOO; His gaze was dark, eyes a cold almond brown that seemed to search my soul. He wasn’t much more than a silhouette, illuminated by the moonlight that seeped through the blinds of my window. Despite this, I could memorize the outline of a smirk shifting on his lips as he outstretched a hand. My eyes searched his, breath hitching in my throat. This wasn’t real. The harsh reality hit me. This man- this figment of my imagination only exists in my mind but why, oh why, does he seem so real? I so long to be loved, so long to be held. I could hear his soft breathing, his raspy chuckle as he stepped closer and slid a warm finger beneath my chin. “I’m here,” he muttered, his voice weaving a web of thoughts that entangled my mind. A lie. He was a lie. But as the world beneath me began to shift, grass growing to entangle mu limbs and trees sprouting beside me, I seemed to have lost all sense. Finally, I could see him. Really see him, as he could me. His elvish features made him look boyish, he was a teenager, pointy ears, dark black hair and brown eyes that you could drown in. Freckles dotted his dark skin like small galaxies, filled with dozens of stars. The sun hit my face, bringing my attention to the world around myself. A small village lie just before me, mushrooms littering the walkways and elvin beings greeting eachother excitedly. I glanced down at my hands, a euphoric glow washing over me as I gazed at the small bundle of white light flickering in my hand. I flicked my fingers, giggling as the light sparked and danced up my body. My companion smiled at me in admiration, grasping my hand and entangling his fingers with my own. I leant my weight against him, letting him guide me towards the village. When we reached a nostalgic cottage, my companion turned me and cupped my cheek. His hands were soft, gentle as he held me. His dark brown eyes shined with tears, causing my brow to furrow. “What’s wrong?” I asked, voice wavering. “ Its time for you to go home now.” He pressed a small kiss to my forehead before gesturing to the now open door of the cottage. Tears streamed from my eyes, I didn’t want to leave. “Will I see you again?” He smiled. “Perhaps. May we meet again soon.” just like that, on their own accord, my legs had spun me towards the cottage. I couldnt help but turn back to gaze at my temporary companion for a minute more, longing his touch once again.
As I listen to this, here are some random thoughts this playlist prompted💔: What do I do now that my comfort character is coming to life? I never conversed with this person until recently. I've tried to hold back the butterflies, but last weekend a moment happened. A spark. And I can't tell myself I don't feel these feelings anymore. But it hurts- the more I try and dim the light of my heartwrenching thoughts, it hurts more. Do I let myself feel? We're so young. I dont even know if I know the true him. But I see him differently, and I think he sees me differently, too.. we interact, now. we make eye contact. we joke-sing with each other. he makes me laugh. He's my comfort character. But we're so young, so immature, falling in love does not seem like it should happen. Is it even allowed? Do i want to allow myself? what will happen if i do allow myself to feel?

I have a few comfort characters but my main 3 are ocs. This playlist hit hard because one oc is a violinist and another is a pianist. Just listening made me think about how elegant and talented they would look performing their respected instruments. Such talents I'll never get to see be reality but its always nice to find more playlists like this to remind me of them

I dance to this daily at night. And my shadow looks perfect. I imagine him dancing with me. The only time of the day , in which I feel like I'm in another world. A world full of love . And I keep on dancing with him to different romantic melodies till my feet start to hurt and I can't stand anymore. I fall in bed and place my hands on my heart as I see him come close to me and kisses me on my forehead then kisses my hand while kneeling infront of me. But again my heart aches as he gets up to leave me again till the next night arrives. My eyes follow his disappearing Shadow and my eyes shed a tear when he fades away again. But my heart feels delightful because it knows he's gonna come back again and will dance with me and kiss my scars till he heals me completely.

I hits so hard cause my comfort character is so far away from me. We rarely have an opportunity to meet and don’t communicate that often. Remembering our common moments makes me so happy and at the same time the idea that I can’t touch him breaks my heart. I’m full of love and I’m lucky to have such feelings but it’s so difficult to just continue living without him.

POV: You`re at a Ball and your comfort character walks up to you to dance
He reaches his hand out to you. "Dance with me." He begs. "I cannot bear to think about not being able to for a moment longer."
You reach out hesitantly, unsure of what might happen. "You're not real." You say, tears welling up in your eyes. "You've never been real." He smiles softly.
"My dear, I am real to YOU, that's all that really matters, does it not?" You smile and take his still outstretched hand.
"You're right. You're real enough to me." You begin to smile as he pulls you in to begin to dance.
Placing your head onto his chest you close your eyes and smile as you listen to the sound of his heartbeat. You sway across the room and for now all your worries have seemed to melt away like snow on a warm spring day. You feel safe, if only for a moment in time.

Why do I feel like I'm in the wrong world, wrong reality, like I'm missing someone that doesn't even exist?
I feel that. I've been in many relationships but I've never felt real love in this world. But when I think about him and how I can never hold him for real, my heart aches like I've lost someone dear to me.

I once had such a realistic dream about the love of my life. I only remember his skin and hair, not his face but… I felt so comfortable like never before. However, you have decided to quit and leave this hostile world forever. You shut your eyes and take a step forward, attempting to jump off, but you find your feet standing on firm land. Confused, you furrow your eyebrows and wince your eyes open to discover the world under your feet as you stand there in the air. Your heartbeat sped and your breath hitched.
You looked around trying to make sense of what was happening. Your head started going dizzy and you started losing consciousness when a pair of hands slid under your waist and held you up, tight and close, not meaning to let go.

you look up as the moonlight shines on the distinguished man's face and time stops. It was HIM! It really was him! You knew, deep down that he was real; he felt real to you and you knew how sometimes you felt his presence at night! all of that was REAL!
You both begin circling in the middle of the air. You could vaguely make out the stars moving insanely fast behind you both as your eyes were fixated on his. He was even more beautiful than you had imagined. His smile felt like a galactic burst inside your heart and his hair floated in the air calmly while entangling with yours. His eyes had a whole universe to themself. This was so strange, yet you know you've never felt more alive than this moment. You, in his arms dancing amongst the stars to a melody that his presence brews. you were home.💙

His gaze was dark, eyes a cold almond brown that seemed to search my soul. He wasn’t much more than a silhouette, illuminated by the moonlight that seeped through the blinds of my window. Despite this, I could memorize the outline of a smirk shifting on his lips as he outstretched a hand. My eyes searched his, breath hitching in my throat. This wasn’t real. The harsh reality hit me. This man- this figment of my imagination only exists in my mind but why, oh why, does he seem so real? I so long to be loved, so long to be held. I could hear his soft breathing, his raspy chuckle as he stepped closer and slid a warm finger beneath my chin. “I’m here,” he muttered, his voice weaving a web of thoughts that entangled my mind. A lie. He was a lie. But as the world beneath me began to shift, grass growing to entangle mu limbs and trees sprouting beside me, I seemed to have lost all sense. Finally, I could see him. Really see him, as he could me. His elvish features made him look boyish, he was a teenager, pointy ears, dark black hair and brown eyes that you could drown in. Freckles dotted his dark skin like small galaxies, filled with dozens of stars. The sun hit my face, bringing my attention to the world around myself. A small village lie just before me, mushrooms littering the walkways and elvin beings greeting eachother excitedly. I glanced down at my hands, a euphoric glow washing over me as I gazed at the small bundle of white light flickering in my hand. I flicked my fingers, giggling as the light sparked and danced up my body. My companion smiled at me in admiration, grasping my hand and entangling his fingers with my own. I leant my weight against him, letting him guide me towards the village. When we reached a nostalgic cottage, my companion turned me and cupped my cheek. His hands were soft, gentle as he held me. His dark brown eyes shined with tears, causing my brow to furrow. “What’s wrong?” I asked, voice wavering. “ Its time for you to go home now.” He pressed a small kiss to my forehead before gesturing to the now open door of the cottage. Tears streamed from my eyes, I didn’t want to leave. “Will I see you again?” He smiled. “Perhaps. May we meet again soon.” just like that, on their own accord, my legs had spun me towards the cottage. I couldnt help but turn back to gaze at my temporary companion for a minute more, longing his touch once again.

What do I do now that my comfort character is coming to life? I never conversed with this person until recently. I've tried to hold back the butterflies, but last weekend a moment happened. A spark. And I can't tell myself I don't feel these feelings anymore. But it hurts- the more I try and dim the light of my heartwrenching thoughts, it hurts more. Do I let myself feel? We're so young. I dont even know if I know the true him. But I see him differently, and I think he sees me differently, too..

But we're so young, so immature, falling in love does not seem like it should happen. Is it even allowed? Do i want to allow myself?

I was listening to to this and I closed my eyes and toke a deep breath and I imagined me in space floating by all the planets and my comfort characters voice saying

I have a few comfort characters but my main 3 are ocs. This playlist hit hard because one oc is a violinist and another is a pianist. Just listening made me think about how elegant and talented they would look performing their respected instruments. Such talents I'll never get to see be reality but its always nice to find more playlists like this to remind me of them

I dance to this daily at night. And my shadow looks perfect.
I imagine him dancing with me. The only time of the day , in which I feel like I'm in another world. A world full of love . And I keep on dancing with him to different romantic melodies till my feet start to hurt and I can't stand anymore. I fall in bed and place my hands on my heart as I see him come close to me and kisses me on my forehead then kisses my hand while kneeling infront of me. But again my heart aches as he gets up to leave me again till the next night arrives. My eyes follow his disappearing Shadow and my eyes shed a tear when he fades away again. But my heart feels delightful because it knows he's gonna come back again and will dance with me and kiss my scars till he heals me completely.

my comfort character is aaron warner from the ignite me series. ever since then I completely forgot the existence of male species in this world.
Though I have my comfort character… I hear this and close my eyes… and I see myself traveling. Skating and dancing on a frozen lake, running to get on a train in the country, crossing a field to get to a village, walking through a market with a language book, joining a towns festival and dancing, eating new foods, entering cathedrals that were long forgotten yet are cared for by old priests, just… traveling.

I hits so hard cause my comfort character is so far away from me. We rarely have an opportunity to meet and don’t communicate that often. Remembering our common moments makes me so happy and at the same time the idea that I can’t touch him breaks my heart. I’m full of love and I’m lucky to have such feelings but it’s so difficult to just continue living without him.
