I'm surprised that there is still country in the continent that doesn't have foreign military bases. I'm proud you Ugandan and disappointed for countries that have allowed it. It signed of showing weakness.
There is no foreign base in South Africa. Botswana has one though, and that country is right next to South Africa.
Botswana should think twice and phase out this foreign base immediately. Africa for Africans. We can manage our own security ourselves 💪🏿❤

That's bad for Uganda. What the US hate most are countries in Africa that do not cooperate with the US whose duty is to bring "freedom and democracy" to anyone.
