I was on a similar elevator to this in Raleigh NC recently also at a Dillard’s, it’s always the same with these buttons that don’t light up very well. I think it was a design flaw. Also never seen an International elevator other than Dillard’s.
The song in the beginning plays at my work a lot I was only on one international elevator in my life and it was at a Dillards in Eastridge mall in North Carolina. Will upload the video later. Dillards seems to use the same elevator design and brands in all their stores and some look very identical.
Theres a garage elevator in butler that needs oil it glass and strange at night the lights are very dark and make squeaks feels like its gonna stop in the midel I E mailed schindler they made that elevator to oil it and they said that the owner of the elevator never reported there was a problem but they came and fixed it

Umm that sounds like the parking elevators here at Willow bend are and the parking elevators at Northeast mall have.

It’s just a hobby we all have who get videos of elevators and put them on UA-cam. I do that and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it:
