I was expecting a goof Kamala impression and then he *NAILS* it. Blew my mind! Just as good as his Trump!
i wasn't actually looking at the screen when he started and that was a fucking SEANCE. the voice of the actual kamala harris just came out of his mouth hole.

His Kamala was better than his Sam Elliott by miles
seriously, had headphones on and was looking away ... I thought they were doing a bit and playing audio over him, that was crazy with the fry

Seeing his Kamala impression makes me certain that his impression of his toddler is SPOT ON.
I was not looking at my screen when he started the impression @4:45. It sounds just like her if she had a mild cold, but it was surprisingly close! The speech pattern is on point. The little cracks in her voice. Good job.
That was actually frightening how spot on that Kamala impression was!
It also sounds a lot like Maya Rudolph. So that either indicates how good her impression is,or he is imitating Maya’s impression of Kamala, creating sort of an impression nesting doll. Which is pretty cool by itself.
Uhhh or Maya took influence from him, ever consider that?

Someone should really put him and Bill Hader head-to-head in a show where they're just throwing impressions at each other non-stop 😂
That was a surprisingly good Kamala impression. She has other registers, as does Maya's impression, but he nailed the earnest "you need to hear this" Kamala voice. He's a brilliant impressionist.

I had no idea JAJ was this talented and amazing OMG SNL has been under using this power house! Every sketch for the last few years seems to be written for whomever the host of the week is, Keenan and Bowen and then if there are extra roles just throw in whoever else to just have a body and maybe a throw away line. JAJ might be today's Phil Hartman who could play any role and anchor a sketch! 😎👌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
I think sometimes he's on less often when his hair and makeup can't be changed quickly enough to be in the sketches that follow.

February 16th is my 71st birthday! I was working at 30 Rock in 1975 at The Rainbow Room at a private, mens only luncheon club from 11am-3pm Monday-Friday. I saw the cast members coming and going all the time, but I never got tickets for the show. I honesty believe that the reason it's lasted 50yrs is that the most important thing to being alive is to laugh. Thank to the odd man that almost everyone does a bad impression of.

When SNL had Dana Carvey playing George Bush Sr. AND Ross Perot in the same sketch, they filmed the close-up shots of Perot ahead of time, and David Spade body-doubled Carvey live. Of course, they also had a third person on the stage, playing Bill Clinton, to give Dana a little bit of a breather. That wouldn’t happen in a two-person debate. Candidates also used to wait for the other candidate to speak rather than constantly interrupting and over-talking each other.
It's one thing to have a really good Trump impression.
It's amazing to have a spot on Kamala impression.
But then he just reels off half a dozen perfect impressions.
