This was really fun to mess around with due to the speed mod adding a new element of being able to shoot through walls to bypass large portions of track. Some of these were very hard to pull off because the speed is difficult to control. I often shot through too many walls and ended up out of bounds.
A lot of Ultra Shortcuts are possible when you max out the speed. I tried to demonstrate shortcuts in this video you wouldn't see in 150cc or 200cc. Shortcuts labeled with 0 KCP's in the bottom left means the glitch is not an ultra shortcut.
The lap counts on every ultra shortcut in this video actually by avoiding key checkpoints (KCP). I recommend the SummoningSalt History of the Ultra Shortcut video if you need a lesson in Mario Kart Wii checkpoints. :)

Not your every day shortcut montage.....!
For those wondering what the hardest ones were: probably the ultra shortcuts on MMM, SGB, GV2 since I found it very hard to land on the track without going too far on all of them. Had to be clever with it haha. My favorite one is probably Yoshi Falls (bouncing off the egg) or DK Mountain because I can't believe how seamlessly that one works at such high speeds. The Delfino Square one is actually really easy because instead of shooting through the wall, you bounce off it and fly up, reducing your speed, landing into grass perfectly at the end of the track. For most of them, the struggle is accidentally shooting through too many walls.

i wonder if we'll ever get to a point where every track in mkw has a 150cc lap count glitch
moo moo meadows would be quite hard, i think you would need to hit the top of the flagpole to go out of bounds in some way and land on a specific spot that isn't counted as out of bounds and then get back to the last key checkpoint.

We'll probably get close, but I don't think it'll ever be all of them, unfortunately. Luigi Circuit, SNES Mario Circuit 3, Moo Moo Meadows are all near impossible. And Desert Hills is screwed by the 95% rule, so probably won't as well.

@@devinschrand2504 completely agree with you. mkwii isn't that popular anymore and its very hard to gain subs when you only play a non-popular game. i feel like anyone who would be intrested in troy's content is already subbed and thats why he isnt gaining subs that fast.

This video has probably two of the coolest mario kart wii moments I have seen. That bomb cut on Shy Guy Beach and that backview of the earth on Rainbow Road are rad.

For your next impossible custom tracks episode, play these 3 tracks called Mario Circuit but the floor is lava, Vesuvio's inferno, and Rocrygma Mines.
What about 1cc shortcuts?
I actually found another one on parkway where on the turn after the cannon you can shoot back to the start and hit the key checkpoint, or an either harder method of flying to the bridge section in the same area somehow clipping the invis wall and landing back on the track,
