After FPDu30 withdrawn from the ICC on 2019 all transactions or cases filed against Digong and then PNP Chief Dela Rosa had been dismissed after the prosecutors had given a 1 year period to finished their investigations on 2020. We're not a member of the Rome Statute anymore. The cases filed was already moot and academic, closed. And that the ICC has no jurisdiction over us. Even if Macoy Jr wanted to join the ICC or request to allow the prosecutors to continue their tangled investigation, they can't do so. The Rome Statute need another requirements in re-joining again. But, the case that had been closed can't be filed again.
As simple as that.
